Home Inspections We try and keep it simple and base our fee off the contract price for the home because the price of a home generally follows square footage. All our inspections include an infrared scan of trouble areas (shower pans, etc):
Condos: $300
Homes up to $400,000: $345
Between $400,00 - $500,000: $375
Between $500,00 - $600,000: $425
Between $600,00 - $700,000: $475
Between $700,00 - $800,000: $525
Between $800,00 - $900,000: $600
Over $900,000: Call for quote
Re-inspection: $125-$150 Phased inspection Pre-drywall: $200 Final Inspection: Standard inspection rates apply minus $25 discount
Radon Testing (includes 2-packet test set up, pick up and overnight shipping). With home inspection: $100 Without home inspection: $150 Termite Inspection/Letter
With home inspection: $60
