Home Inspections

For ease we use flat-rate pricing based on the price of the home -- no extra fees for crawl spaces or basements. Our typical inspections run from 3-4 hours, and we deliver our computer-generated reports on site, including color photos. Plus, we include the use of an infrared camera to detect issues not visible to the naked eye!

Homes up to $400,000:            $345 (Summer special - take $20 off! Only $325!)
Between $400,00 - $500,000:    $375
Between $500,00 - $600,000:    $425
Between $600,00 - $700,000:    $475
Between $700,00 - $800,000:    $525
Between $800,00 - $900,000:    $600
Over $900,000:                       Call for quote

Re-inspection: $125-$150

Phased inspection Pre-drywall: $200 Final Inspection: Standard inspection rates apply minus $25 discount

Radon Testing (Using a continuous-monitoring device for better accuracy. Fast 2 day turn around)
